Overview:
NSCG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Certified Developer to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in developing custom Salesforce solutions across multiple projects, including data migrations, system integrations, and third-party application implementations. The Senior Developer will collaborate with a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to design, develop, and deploy solutions that align with business and mission requirements.
This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive Salesforce expertise and compliance with DoD IAT requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce environments, supporting both commercial and government clients.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, configure, and support Salesforce enhancements across multiple projects.
  • Develop new functionalities and debug existing configurations in sandbox, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments.
  • Implement code and configurations based on functional requirements while ensuring compliance with DoD and U.S. Army security standards.
  • Develop and maintain system technical documentation to support ongoing development and compliance needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Utilize Apex, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), and other Salesforce development tools to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Compliance and Documentation:
  • Develop a system compliant with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG).
  • Author and provide necessary cybersecurity documentation.
  • Provide artifacts for system documentation, including required reviews for System Security Plan, System Operational Views, and more.
 
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration with APIs.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and APL.
  • Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP
 
Preferred:
  • Prior experience with Army systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce GovCloud+ environments.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
