Position Overview: As a Housekeeper at North South Consulting Group, LLC, you will play a crucial role in cleaning and organizing multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include residential and facility cleaning, laundry, managing supplies/groceries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and liaising with vendors. This position is based in Elizabethtown, KY, with occasional travel to Louisville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cleaning and sanitization of all areas within the building, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Procure, manage, and replenish various supplies and designated items while tracking related expenses and reporting to the supervisor.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed and coordinate with the property owner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper (residential and/or commercial)
  • Strong knowledge of property cleaning standards and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Louisville.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience 
  • Ability to pass a background check
