Program Manager
Position Overview:
This is a high-impact leadership role supporting the U.S. Army’s Military Personnel Division. The Program Manager provides strategic oversight of military human resource services across multiple installations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and responsiveness to mission needs. Ideal for a results-driven leader with government contracting experience, this role requires strong coordination skills, a sharp operational focus, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and direction for all activities and personnel supporting the Military Personnel Division.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives, including the Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
Ensure the timely completion of all deliverables, training compliance, and adherence to Army policies and procedures.
Coordinate with on-site leads to monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality across all locations.
Lead planning and implementation of quality control measures, transition activities, and any required corrective actions.
Maintain familiarity with and ensure compliance across all applicable systems and military human resource regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Must obtain or be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 background investigation (or higher) and meet all Department of Defense credentialing requirements for access to Army systems and facilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; or a minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing federal programs of similar size and complexity.
Demonstrated experience with Army personnel systems and policies (e.g., IPPS-A, iPERMS).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
