Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable Peer/Subordinate Assessments Data Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the Army's Command Assessment Programs by coordinating and managing assessment data within the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the design and execution of Army assessment programs and a deep understanding of how assessment data is integrated into these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment Data Management: Coordinate and manage data for various Army Command Assessment Programs, including the BCAP (Army Command Evaluation Tool and Army Leader Assessment Tool), CCAP (ACET and ALAT), and SMAP (Peer/Subordinate Leader Assessment Tool).
- Report Preparation: Prepare and modify AEAS progress reports based on guidance from the AEAS Telethon Team Lead, ensuring alignment with associated candidates.
- Template Management: Consolidate, build, and submit required templates for up to five separate AEAS events. This includes adding, changing, and deleting participant templates and ensuring all data is accurate and error-free.
- Data Tracking: Track the progress of all returnee data, ensuring daily updates on Certified and Alternate candidates. Provide status reports to telethon teams to ensure timely completion of assessments.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the AEAS Help Desk to resolve data entry errors, system log-on issues, and other assessment-related problems.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily data statistics to the AEAS Telethon Team Lead for execution briefs to the Commander Assessment Program Director.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the primary conduit for all data transactions and issues between telethon teams, the AEAS Telethon Team Lead, and AEAS contractors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Army’s Command Assessment Programs, including knowledge of assessment design, scoring, event sequencing, and integration of assessment results into the overall Command Assessment Program (CAP).
- AEAS Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience working with the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS) is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to consolidate and verify data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all submissions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports and updates to team leads and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work with the AEAS Help Desk to quickly and effectively resolve data and system-related issues.
