Lead Army Training Analyst
The Task Leader serves as the senior analytical lead responsible for managing key functional workstreams within the Army Training Models program. This role directs the activities of senior analysts and technical specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical products and system solutions supporting Army training resource decision-making.
The Task Leader translates mission requirements into executable analytical tasks, ensuring data integrity, technical accuracy, and alignment with stakeholder priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytical teams performing system design, data analysis, and model support.
Manage day-to-day execution of assigned technical or analytical tasks.
Coordinate team efforts to deliver timely and accurate analytical products.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in the use of ATM applications.
Provide technical guidance to analysts and coordinate solutions to complex analytical problems.
Support the development of system design requirements and analytical models supporting Army training resource planning.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Army training resource systems or analytical decision-support tools.
Strong working knowledge of ATM applications (cTRM, BLTM, cITRM, cATRM, cMRM).
Experience developing system design requirements and supporting HQDA-level decision making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Security Clearance
Secret clearance required.
