Customer Care Representative - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Job Description
We're looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the initial point of contact for potential recruits, representing the United States Army and providing them with essential information. As part of the front-line team, you'll help shape their first impression and play a crucial role in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and record contact information from potential United States Army recruits.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media platforms in both English and Spanish.
- Manage and distribute recruitment leads to appropriate local recruiters.
- Ensure clear, professional, and culturally sensitive communication to support a diverse audience.
This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively on behalf of the United States Army.
Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Required: Prior military service.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Customer service experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: From $18.25 per hour
- Additional: $4.57 hourly Health and Wellness stipend
