North South Consulting Group is seeking a mission-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level technology and cybersecurity operations that ensure the secure and effective delivery of services. This leader will oversee technical performance, modernization efforts, and compliance across systems.

Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate all IT and cybersecurity support functions.
  • Oversee execution of technical initiatives and support services.
  • Ensure performance, availability, and compliance of secure systems.
  • Manage technology personnel and coordinate multidisciplinary technical activities.
  • Promote innovation, secure design, and efficient service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations .
  • Possess one of the following certifications: Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Possess a Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Possess a current PMI PMP certification or DAWIA Level III Program Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with DoD security compliance (e.g., RMF, CC SRG).
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in Change Management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines, such as AGILE, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
This position is contingent on contract award.
