Army Institutional Training Analyst
The Army Institutional Analyst provides senior-level expertise in Army institutional training systems and schoolhouse resource management. This role leads analysis supporting the Army School System and ensures institutional training requirements are accurately reflected in training resource models and strategic planning processes.
This role works closely with HQDA training stakeholders and Army training institutions to analyze student workload, course production requirements, and training infrastructure needs. The position plays a key role in ensuring the Army’s institutional training enterprise is resourced effectively to support force generation and readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis supporting Army institutional training and school system resource requirements.
Evaluate training strategies and their impact on institutional training workload and resource requirements.
Support development and validation of institutional training inputs to Army Training Model tools.
Analyze course production, student throughput, and training resource drivers across the Army School System.
Support HQDA leadership by translating institutional training requirements into defensible budget inputs.
Provide analytical products and briefings that support strategic training decisions.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience supporting Army institutional training or the Army School System.
Experience working with HQDA G-3 or ACOM G-3 training resource management process.
Strong understanding of the interrelationship between developing, conducting, and evaluating training.
Demonstrated experience supporting the HQDA PPBE process.
An active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
