We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of military personnel services at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to oversee all contract activities and ensure compliance with performance standards.

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of military personnel services at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to oversee all contract activities and ensure compliance with performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and government representatives.
- Develop and implement the management plan, transition plan, and quality control plan.
- Provide oversight and guidance to the management team and ensure all contract deliverables meet required standards.
- Manage workflows, processes, and compliance with military HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve challenges related to staffing, service delivery, and performance, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, statistics, or business management from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of management and supervisory experience, specifically in technical programs/projects and military HR administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
