The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital outreach strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and employment outcomes for the Work for Warriors program.
This role leads the development of multimedia content, manages digital platforms, and leverages data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness. The position requires both creative and technical expertise to translate program goals into impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital outreach strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and employment outcomes for the Work for Warriors program.
This role leads the development of multimedia content, manages digital platforms, and leverages data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness. The position requires both creative and technical expertise to translate program goals into impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy.
- Create and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts.
- Maintain and update program websites in compliance with accessibility and performance standards.
- Design marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support outreach events through targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies.
- Produce employment-focused digital tools for clients (e.g., video resumes, online portfolios).
- Collaborate with recruiting and program staff to align messaging and outreach efforts.
- Strong digital marketing and content creation expertise
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience with video production and audio editing
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong written communication and branding skills
- Experience marketing workforce development or government programs
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508 compliance)
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and audience targeting strategies
- Knowledge of veteran or military community audiences
- Experience producing newsletters, press releases, and public communications
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background check
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production
